What’s Included When You Choose Urban Air as Your Private Event Venue?
Access to Private Party Rooms
When you rent the entire park, you have the option to access all our private party rooms as well. Party rooms are used to serve food, let your guests take a break from the action, and give you a home base to store belongings. Many of our private event customers prefer to keep their guests close to the action and find that seating throughout the park is plenty without a private party room. We can also set up additional tables in the cafe area to accommodate your group and make your food easily accessible.
Customize Your Party Experience with Sound and Light
The entire park is yours and that means the lights and music too. Give us your playlist and make special announcements for your guests. You are in control. You can also customize the lighting to incorporate a birthday child’s favorite colors or complement your company’s branding. What to Bring to Your Private Event at Urban Air
You don’t need to bring much to your event venue when you got with Urban Air. We’ve got everything here that you need. Here are a few things you may want to bring to enhance your event spaces:
Custom Decorations. We think the fun, games, and festive colors of our park are plenty but if you want to bring some decor that you know will make your birthday boy or girl smile, go for it. For corporate events, you can also bring banners with your logo and company messaging.
Your Play List. We’re happy to find music that fits your party’s vibe but if you have specific music in mind, bring your playlist on a mobile device.
Party Favors & Gifts. You may want your event attendees to walk away with something to remember an epic day. In addition to traditional birthday party favors, we find that t-shirts branded for your event are a big hit and we love seeing guests enjoying the park in matching attire. (Makes for great group photos too!)
